What is Analog Club?
Analog is a monthly snail mail club for letter lovers and slow-living souls. Each month, youโll receive a curated envelope filled with a heartfelt letter, a postcard, and a quote printed on a victorian love token, illustrated with care.
What comes in each monthly package?
Each month, you'll receive a bundle that includes:

A letter full of pockets of joy, silly thoughts and half-forgotten favourites

When will I receive my first package?
All snail mails are shipped out during the first week of the month. For example, if you subscribe on the 29th of September, you'll receive October's monthly letter. If you subscribe in October, you will receive your first mail package in November.
Where are you based?
I'm based in Australia, this means if you are based outside of Australia, please be patient with the arrival times of the snail mail!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I'm so excited to send snail mail love around the world, at no extra cost. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
Absolutely! Analog club would be a lovely gift. Just check the โgiftโ option at checkout and enter your recipientโs mailing address. You can also add a personal message, which weโll include in their first package.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can pause, update, or cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage my subscription" tab in the menu. If you are encountering any issues with cancelling your subscription, please email me at contact@analogclub.co or shoot me a dm!
When will I receive my letter?
Australia: You can expect your envelope of joy to arriveย within 2โ6 business days after shipping.
International: Please allow 15+ business days to receive your mail. If you haven't received anything after 4 weeks, please reach out to me at contact@analogclub.co.
What if my mail gets lost or arrives damaged?
We want every package to feel special. If your mail doesnโt arrive within a reasonable timeframe, or something arrives damaged, please reach out to at contact@analogclub.co.
Are the items the same each month?
Not at all! Each month has a new seasonal or whimsical theme, so your goodies will always be fresh and different โ no repeats.
How can I edit my subscription/address details?
You can easily manage your subscription through through the "Manage my subscription" tab on the website. From there, you can pause/cancel your subscription, or update other details including payment and address.

Do you offer any refund/returns?
Due to the nature of our monthly snail mail club, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
However, your happiness means the world to us!
