Fold each side of the square into thirds:

Fold each of the four corners towards the middle and position the first corner to fold like below:

Fold towards the left, flatten from above, then rotate 90 degrees and repeat the same motions:

Copy the folds as per below:

Continue to fold for the third corner as below:

Continue to fold for the last corner as below:

Grab the middle pointy corner below the last fold and pull towards you and towards the bottom right:

Pull out the corner until it is flat, then fold back the flap towards the top left:

Fold each tip towards the middle:

Find the opening to slot the last tip in:
